The Entire Monorail - Cars series

With the sneak previews taking place today for Passholders at Disney California Adventure, we wanted to share the entire Monorail - Cars series (minus the chaser (which you'll need to click on the image if you want a spoiler). 

First up is the tray for Monorail - Cars followed by the individual box packaging.

Here are the figures designed by Maria Clapsis. 

Finally, we have an image of the mystery chaser figure for this series but you'll need to click on the image to reveal. 

The series will officially debut on Friday, March 30 at the D-Street locations.

New Vinylmation Monorail Series featuring Disney-Pixar's Cars

This is a new Vinylmation series that will soon make its debut at Disney Parks. This limited release mystery series features characters from Disney-Pixar's "Cars" on figures shaped like monorails. Each monorail measures approximately 4.5" long and will be packaged in a mystery box. Artwork was created by Maria Clapsis in collaboration with Thomas Scott. Lin Shih designed the form and Eric Caszatt created the packaging. Each figure will be $11.95 each. 

Below is a look at Lightning McQueen from the series. 

If you are an Annual Passholder at Disneyland Resort, you will have a first opportunity to purchase these new figures starting on March 27. See HERE for additional details. There will be a limit of two trays per guest during the Passholder previews. 

The series will then be released at the D-Street locations and other Vinylmation locations in California and Florida on March 30. The series will also be released via the Disney Parks online store at a future date.

9-inch Exclusive Disneyland Monorail Vinylmation

This will be released in August 26. 

Disneyland Monorail fans have waited for this one. Finally, it's the release of the 9-inch figure designed by Alex Maher from Disney Design Group that celebrates the original higway in the sky. 

This figure will have an edition size of 550 and a retail of $44.95 and will only be released at the D-Street location at Downtown Disney® District in California.
